The sorts of things that our clients tend to use our Pay As You Go HR Advice and Support Service for, ranges from line managers wanting some HR advice and guidance on a specific matter to reassure them that they are doing the right thing, through to scoping out a particular piece of work to be delivered as a project over an agreed timescale.
We understand that the nature of HR support you need, can change as your business changes. Initially we may be supporting you with establishing and embedding processes and procedures. This may develop over time to be more hands-on to ensure day to day HR issues are managed effectively or we may coach and mentor an existing or new employee to pick up those initial HR queries inhouse. Alternatively, we can provide your leadership team with strategic HR Director advice and support to assist business growth by acting in the capacity of your very own on call HR Director.
