Investigations, Get To The Heart Of The Matter
We have significant experience of carrying out investigations for our clients and these can arise from, for example, employee grievances, disciplinary issues, or whistleblowing cases, which require extremely careful handling.
Often clients choose to outsource such investigations because they don’t have enough managers in the business who are trained to do them, their business is too small to do what is required in house or they are simply too complicated and time-consuming. Equally, sometimes an external investigator can provide a “fresh pair of eyes” and all parties can be confident that they will be impartial in their approach but also thorough.
We often get repeat business from the clients we have helped in this way before, because they recognise our highly skilled investigators enable them to rest assured that complex, delicate and in some cases potentially damaging issues can be dealt with competently, promptly and within the correct legal framework.
We can also provide support in bringing opposing sides together, with our qualified workplace mediator, or via an impartial facilitated conversation and therefore sometimes avoiding the need for an investigation to take place, or repairing relationships post-investigation.
