Influencing people
We focus on how to make an impact, plan your interactions and use a range of influencing techniques to achieve your desired outcome. This workshop is ideal for people who want to gain more positive outcomes from their interactions with others.

Managing conflict
We all know how easy it is to avoid conflict! Well how about handling it positively and assertively to achieve desired outcomes? On this workshop we will provide techniques and tools to create interventions that address the issues and enable people to perform more effectively. Suitable for supervisors and most frontline staff.

Counselling skills
A basic introduction. This workshop provides the opportunity to learn about and practice active listening, questioning, and structuring. It also considers the practical applications of these skills in the workplace.

Diversity awareness
A highly interactive workshop designed to encourage people to think about the issues, the law and their own responsibilities. We cover the social context, the business benefits and the importance of respect in the workplace. (This workshop can be specifically tailored to reflect your own policies at no extra cost. We can also deliver tailored training for customer facing staff or programme roll-outs as part of a wider diversity initiative).

Working across cultures
Does your business operate on a pan-european or global basis? Are you looking to get the most out of relationships across borders? This workshop raises and addresses some of the basic issues around cultural difference, provides a framework for understanding them and some simple techniques for improving performance. We can tailor content to reflect specific countries if required.

Internal Communications
This workshop looks at the various means of communicating with your employees. What are they? Are they effective? What is current best practice? It explores a variety of techniques in order to get the right messages across, including how to communicate bad as well as good news.
