INDUCTION

You’ve found the right person, congratulations! This may have taken plenty of time, money and effort. How do you make sure they get off to a flying start? How do you create the right impression? It’s their first day, they don’t know anyone, they only have limited information about your company. What do they need to know? Do they need this before they join or during their first day/first week/first month?

Having found the right person, it is important that they become fully aware of the nature of your organisation and know all there is to know about their new job. Blue Star Human Resources can help by working with you to put together an appropriate induction programme when you need it.

  • gather information on the culture and values of your organisation to articulate to new employees.
