Consultancy

We can work with you on defined projects however big or small. Our approach is to meet with you to discuss the project and the desired outcomes. We will then prepare a simple, easy to read proposal (including costs for agreement) and project plan working in partnership with you to ensure that this is in line with your needs. One of our consultants will be assigned to manage the project and act as your key point of contact. They will keep you up to date on progress against time and cost and liaise with you on any key decisions.

We believe that project delivery is founded on good communication and the best way to achieve this is to form a solid business relationship with you and your organisation. By doing this we can understand what you are really looking for and ensure that we deliver it. Outsourced Human Resources

Many small organisations either have no human resources support or limited support. We can help to bridge this gap by working with you as your Human Resources department in one or a combination of the following ways

• Delivery of one-off projects eg introducing new contracts or policies, or helping you with a recruitment project.
• Providing advice and guidance when you encounter new or difficult people issues eg dismissals.
• Providing a complete outsourced HR solution tailored to your business needs and including dedicated support from one of our consultants.
