COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES
This is about keeping in touch with your employees and your employee representatives. We can work with you to inform your people about what is going on within your business using simple and effective communication via a range of different media. We can help you to deliver good and bad news. We recognise that not all people want to receive information in the same way or at the same frequency.
We can help you to persuade people of the need for change. You may have formal employee relations committees or forums involving trade unions or other appointed employee representatives and these will need to be supported on a regular basis. You may need to implement an employee relations strategy and Blue Star Human Resources can help put such a strategy in place.
